Warm Up: Overhead Pistol pactice (goal is to do 95/65)

April will see a change in the pre-workout routines.  We have been working more on the gymnastics and assorted CrossFit skills for the last two months and many of you have made astronomical gains.  Those gains will hopefully be matched on the Olympic lifting end of CrossFit.  Next month will feature the Snatch as a skill and we will work on this movement for the length of the month.  Whether you are smiling or performing some other facial expression that doesn’t not constitute as a positive response, you should be glad that we are going to thoroughly cover this amazing lift.
